Problem Statment
How can we empower junior job seekers with feedback and growth in an AI-driven job market?
Research
Job seekers, especially juniors, struggle with rejection and a lack of actionable feedback, leading to low confidence
and stagnation.
The rise of AI is reshaping industries, demanding specialized skills and reducing traditional roles.Many currently rely on Excel/Sheets to manage applications—a cumbersome, time-consuming process that adds stress.
Solution
An AI-powered job mentor app designed to support junior job seekers with smart application tracking, personalized feedback, and strategic insights. Built in just three weeks, it streamlines the job search and empowers users with clarity, confidence, and growth.

We designed a dedicated job search interface for junior candidates and experimented with multiple versions to understand which UX elements work best — what information is essential to show, what can be hidden, and how to organize it in a way that promotes clarity, reduces frustration, and encourages action.

The app features a clean, modern interface designed to reduce overwhelm and support focus during the job search process. A minimal layout, soft color palette, and clear visual hierarchy create an experience that feels approachable, professional, and easy to navigate—empowering junior job seekers with clarity, confidence, and actionable guidance.
